What every appointment has in common.
Every appointment is held in person, one to one, in Shann’s studio in London or, when Shann is home in Australia, in Brisbane. Each one uses the same precision-dyed drapes and the same controlled light.
You are welcome to come without makeup, without fake tan, in something comfortable with a low neckline. Full preparation guidance arrives with your booking confirmation, and The Experience walks through the appointment from first drape to final palette.
Cancellation and rescheduling are set out plainly in our Booking Terms. In short, more than 48 hours’ notice gives you a refund or a transfer, and we are always human about genuine emergencies.
The appointments below differ in depth, in length, and in whether you come alone or with someone. The method and the care behind them are the same.

Signature Colour Analysis

This is the signature Colour by Shann experience.
Together you will explore your colouring in depth, identifying your exact place within the 16-season system and the colours that bring your complexion to life.
Beyond discovering your sub-season, you will look at why certain colours work so beautifully for you, how to recognise them while you are shopping, and how to build a wardrobe that feels cohesive, effortless and unmistakably yours.
You will receive personal guidance on colour combinations, neutrals, metals and makeup, and leave with the confidence to make better style decisions for years to come.
Rather than simply handing you a palette, this session gives you the understanding behind it.
Book Signature Colour AnalysisSeasonal Discovery
Discover your home season.
Ideal if you would like to understand the colours that naturally complement you, without exploring the full 16-season system.
During your appointment you will discover whether you belong to Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, using professional draping in controlled, natural light. You will leave with a clear understanding of your home season, your most flattering colour direction, and practical guidance to help you shop with greater confidence.
For many people, identifying their home season is enough to transform how they choose clothing, accessories and everyday colour.
If you decide to upgrade to a Signature Colour Analysis within six months, the full cost of your Seasonal Discovery is deducted from your Signature session.
Colour Together
Share the Signature experience with someone special.
Whether it is your best friend, your partner, your mum, your daughter, son or sister, or someone who simply loves style as much as you do, Colour Together lets you enjoy the experience side by side.
Each of you receives an individual analysis and personal recommendations, while discovering together how much colour changes the way you feel about getting dressed.
It makes a lovely excuse for a memorable day out, and you will both leave with a completely personal understanding of the colours that suit you best.

Groups and corporate.
For groups, workplaces and private events, Shann will shape something around you: several analyses across a day, a shorter session for a larger number of people, or a colour talk for a team.
Write to Shann with a sense of the numbers, the occasion and the dates you have in mind, and she will come back to you with what is possible.
