This website has been built to work almost entirely without cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, social media cookies or cookie-based analytics, and we do not track you across other websites. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in comparable ways. UK law requires consent for cookies except those that are strictly necessary for a service you have requested.
The cookies we use
The only cookies that may be set on this website are strictly necessary security cookies:

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the security of a service you are actively using, they do not require consent under UK law.
Booking with Square
Appointments are booked and paid for through Square. The Book Now buttons on this website are ordinary links: they open Square’s own booking pages in a new tab. Nothing from Square is embedded here, so Square sets no cookies on colourbyshann.com.
Once you are on Square’s pages you are on Square’s website, and Square’s own cookie and privacy practices apply. You can read them at squareup.com/gb/en/legal/general/privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what Square receives and why.
Analytics without cookies
We measure how the website is used with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is deliberately privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you to other websites. It tells us only aggregate things, such as which pages are read most.
If this ever changes
If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, for example for embedded video, or if we ever embed the Square booking flow into a page on this site rather than linking to it, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first through a clear, unticked choice. We will not assume it.
Managing cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking the security cookies described above may prevent the contact form from working; if that happens, you are always welcome to email [email protected] instead. Deleting the cbs_hub cookie simply signs you out of your client area, and a fresh sign-in link will let you back in.
